1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within this period, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the item was purchased using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit. If you paid via a payment plan or financing service, refunds will be processed according to their policies.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may request that you provide photos of the damage or defect to process your claim.
